Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Mrs. Cutrera was the best. She was a loving Mother to her entire tribe. She was always good to me and my family. I will miss her presence but know that she is happy to be reunited with Mr. Cutrera. Prayers and blessings to her family.

  2. Candle 4What a blessing it was to know Ms Barbara. She was such a sweet lady that always had me smiling. We had so many good times singing songs, playing cards, and watching favorite movies together. She will be so deeply missed and I’m so Thankful to have been a part of her life.

  3. I loved Mrs. Cutrera. She features in so many good memories of my young adulthood. She was a kind and warm person who raised a big family of fine people. Sending love to all of the Cutrera clan.

  4. Candle 5Mrs Cutrera and her family are in my thoughts & prayers. May her soul rest in peace & let perpetual light shine upon her

  5. One of my cherished memories is of having been seated near, or especially behind, the Cutrera family at St. Michael’s in Lake Charles. Mrs. Cutrera was sweet and lovely, and how amazing all of you remaining children are, and I’m sure your children are, as well,l. The kindness and success of her children is a testament to both of your parents’ love and support.

You guys were and are such a beautiful family, I remember that you were all so well behaved, so likable, and such smart kids. I’d see your mother turn to look at all of you in church with what I now know is the look of love and pride on her face that mothers of a large brood seem to have. It was evident by that, alone, amongst many other things, what a loving and thoughtful mother she was. She was one of those adults who would always smile at we five Green kids with that patient and interested look that mothers with five or six kids have.

And I remember her voice. It was beautiful.

I’m so deeply sorry that you Cutrera “kids” have now suffered the loss of both parents. It is, of course, inevitable, however, having wonderful memories of ones’ parents, as you surely have, will help sustain you. I hope that she visits each one of you in your dreams!

May you all continue to be the upstanding humans that your parents raised you to be.And may each day bring peace in your hearts, and in the hearts of your children and grandchildren, resting assured that you will see her again. Until then, you have a wonderful angel looking down on you.
