Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Bert Wainwright was a true inspiration and friend to many people (young and old).I remember bringing my two sons, Kevin and Chad, to La'Telier Preschool and Kindergarten. One morning, as I was leaving, both of my sons were crying and clinging to my legs. Bert gently led them to the play room. By the time I got to my car, I, too was crying. I went back inside and asked Bert to get my boys as I was going to quit my job and stay home with them. With his wisdom, he led me to the window of the room where they were and showed me that they were happy and playing with the other children. This gave me so much peace.Kevin and Chad were children of divorced parents. Bert gave my boys the male guidance and love they needed during this difficult time in their young lives. They absolutely loved Bert and Jenna.May Bert rest in peace in God's kingdom and may you, his family, find peace remembering all of his goodness and love for you.May God Bless you!Denise Wall
