Memories Timeline

  1. Dear Debbie and Family, I am so very sorry to hear of Betty's passing. I know when we visited her in Vicksburg she did not look well at all. We share some very special memories from working together and I will always keep her in my heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.Bonnie Head

  2. Dear Debbie, your mom and I went to H. V. Cooper High School and Hinds Junior College together. The week before Katrina, I took her to a terrific restaurant in Long Beach underneath century old oaks and looking out onto the Gulf of Mexico and had the pianist play a number of tunes I knew she would enjoy. So much changed after that week. I was so glad when she got her little green house in Vicksburg and hoped her life would really improve. I hated to see her so crippled after the fall that broke both ankles. I am so glad she is with the Lord now and knows no pain. I will forever remember her tenacity when she knew she was right, her love of the band, the joy of her family, and her Presbyterian faith. I will miss her.

  3. Debbie, I am so sorry to hear about your mother passing away. I enjoy all the times I had staying the night at ya'll house. I want you to know I am praying for you and your family. Miss you, Sarah
