Frank Edward Foreman, age 55, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2011.
Mr. Foreman was a native of Lacassine and a resident of Lake Charles.
He is survived by his six children: Tammy Crysel, Bridget Richie, Gidget Moss, Michael Bertrand, Duane Bertrand, Misty Bertrand; eleven grandchildren: Hope, Kalie, Devin, Drew, Courtney, Austin, Dylan, Chloe, Hallie, Jayden and Hunter.
Mr. Foreman was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Linda Faye Bertrand.
Memorial service for Mr. Foreman will be held Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 11:00 AM in Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Deacon Jack Reynolds will officiate. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until time of service.
