Memories Timeline

  1. The first time I saw Gilbert I was probably about 11 years old. I was at his house with either Clara or June listening to records in the living room. The song Delila by Frankie Lane was playing and Gilbert walked in, and I thought, he was the best looking young man I had ever seen. I thought at the time that he was much older. But I see now there was only a nine year difference. My condolences to the family and his friend Lowell Hausler.
