  1. Anastasia and FamilyI am so sorry about the passing of your mother, Gloria. She was a wonderful lady who was so inspirational not only to you all but so many. I have so many great memories of her as well as all of you since I grew up with the Fontenot family since Anastasia and I were in the 1st grade together. It was so wonderful to see you all at the viewing just so sorry it was under these circumstance. God Bless you all, Love you

  2. Anna, Carson and I are so very sorry for your loss. When a parent dies, it can be very difficult to say good-bye. Sometimes there are just no words to describe the sorrow or measure the pain. The words of Paul to the Romans may be comforting to you:Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with sighs too deep for words.Know we are thinking about and praying for you.

  3. Chuck Avaughn Frye,Our condolences to the entire Fontenot family in their time of loss of a loved one.Our prayers and thoughts are for all of you.

  4. May she truly rest in peace. She is without pain and I'm sure singing with the angles. Our family's prayers are with your family today and the many hard days to follow.

  5. My favorite memory of Aunt Gloria is her kindness and charity. I remember as a child all of us piling in the car and taking a vacation to go see my mom's family in Louisianna and Arkansas. It was a great memory as a child to get to know my family down south and I looked forward to visiting every year. We always visited Aunt Gloria and Uncle Ray and all of my cousins. It was a great time.Aunt Gloria was the youngest of all the sisters and had her hands full with children I remeber that. I loved visiting her. We always had a nice meal and felt welcome in her home. We always got to go swimming at Lake Charles when we visited and took the cousins with us. Great Fun! Through the years I kept in contact with Aunt Gloria by sending her a card at Christmas and a other times after the cancer started taking over. I will miss her deeply as my mom will too. I am so sorry for the immediate family Uncle Ray all of the children and grandchildren and Aunt Gloria's b
