  4. To the children of Ida Mae. Idey and I graduated from St. Anthony High School in 1951. She was one of my dearest friends. I remember spending the night with her when she lived on Highland in Beaumont. I regret that I didn't keep in touch with her but everytime I called her she would say I promise I'll call you. She never did. I guess it's been about 3 years since I called her – she was living with Becky in Pearland. I was trying to find her to tell her of our 60th class reunion. She was a dear, sweet, kind person. May she rest in peace. I truly loved her.
