  1. I am a cousin from Stuttgart. I grew up with Joe as a youngster. My brother , Wilfred, was a year older than Joe while I was 4 years younger. We all played together with our neighbors as we lived within a block of each other. I spent many days at Grandmother Walters (where Joe lived) and now with cousin, Jackie Ables, are the oldest remaining members in our family, I believe. I will rmember Joe fondly.Leland Carle

  2. Mother (Helen Lois Walters Bigger) always referred to her nephew Joe Chamberlain as a star due to his outgoing, ebullient personality and his intelligence. He charmed most everyone he met, including me. Bill Bigger
