  2. Juanita Lantrip was a jewel. She left us with countless memories endless love. I do not know of any family with 6 kids, who are ALL such wonderful Christians. You all amaze me. It speaks so highly of your Momma. Her kind, loving manner, her beautiful laughter will stay with me always. She was the heart of our neighborhood. Billy was the mind, in that we only thought of sports. He was the boss coach. As I drive past the old home at 1509-23rd, my mind's eye sees the 2 of them sitting on the porch drinking coffee. Greg I will always fondly remember the countless games of Spades. Mrs. Lantrip taught us how to play, so we learned from the best. More than anything, she loved us. We loved her dearly. I like to imagine she's drinking coffee in heaven with our Momma Daddy, all of our loved ones who have gone before. You are all in my thoughts prayers. Much Love, Greta
