Marjorie Guillory Pitre Talbert, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2023.  She was born on December 4, 1935, to Leo and Clarice Andrepont Guillory in Mowata, Louisiana. Those left to cherish her memory are sons Calvin Pitre, Jr., Odessa, TX and Kevin D. Pitre, Lake Charles. Daughters Mary Jacqueline Pitre, Sonya Breda (Leonard) of Lake Charles and The Honorable Felicia Pitre, Dallas, TX; her siblings, Julius (Barbara) Guillory, Houston, TX; Emily Creighton (William) North Hampton, NH and Audrey Duplechain; eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Joseph, Peter and John Guillory, Elaine St. Mary and her grandson Leonard Breda IV and her daughter in law, Valentina Pitre.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 11, 2023 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.  Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until the start of the service at 11:00 AM, with a rosary being recited at 9:30 AM.
