Martha Lynn Arabie, 39, of Sulphur died at 8:35 PM Saturday, January 15, 2011 in Sulphur, Louisiana with her loving family at her side.
Ms. Arabie was born in Sulphur, Louisiana on May 3, 1971 to the parents of Shirley and Joseph Arabie. She was a graduate of A.M. Barbe High School. Martha loved her family and friends. She was of the Catholic Faith.
Martha is survived by her mother Shirley Hollier Dronnet of Sulphur, LA one daughter Haley Arabie of Lafayette, LA, two sisters Roxanne Arabie and Marlene Istre both of Sulphur, LA, and special friend Jewel Bryant of New Orleans, LA.
She is preceded in death by her father Joseph Arabie, one sister Brenda Arabie and one brother Ronald Arabie.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 10:00 AM from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Father Aubrey Guilbeau will officiate. Visitation will begin on Monday at 8:00 AM until the time of services.

I don't know if you remember me, but I'm Winola Chaisson's daughter, Jen, (Chaisson's Grocery Store). We are so sorry to hear of the loss of Martha! She was such a beautiful girl!! I miss you all! I remember Mar at the Deaf Coffee Chats in Lafayette, LA. She was always cheery and smiling. I loved her smile. God Bless her and take her home to a better place.

Martha will forever be in my heart. She was a blessing to know from chats on Camfrog. She will be dearly missed but is now in the right hand of God. Ima thankful she is now watching over us all and will always still bring her Humor to us. She touched so many lives and was always there to talk if needed.
