Another angel in Heaven!!! My mom, Virginia Moon, worked for your Dad for many years. Your Mom was such a special person —-and so thoughtful. When our 2nd son was born (20 mos. after our 1st son and 6 yrs after our daughter) you Mom came to the hospital to see me and brought me a beautiful basket of scented lotions, creams, etc. for ME!!! She said anyone who managed to have 2 boys certainly needed something for themself instead of for the new baby!!!! And her olive cheese ball recipe—-yummmmm – has been a Christmas staple at our home for years. Both my parents died Christmas 2001 (Dad on Christmas Day and Mom the day after) so I know how much you will miss her. You are in my thoughts and prayers. She was s VERY special LADY and I loved her and your Dad dearly.
Girls,How time flies….yesterday your mom was busy as a bee with all of your activites. Today, she joins your father. What a wonderful individual! A void has been created which can only be filled with the love and comfort from God.
My mother, Ruth Vinson, and I have known Mary and Archie Lester for many years. I was actually a patient of Dr. Lester's when I was a child and my mother lived across the street from them on 23rd St. and my mother went to church with them. Mary Lester was one of the sweetest people I have ever known. I also work at the same office where Dede was working for Ribbeck.
Shevawn, DeDe and Kerry, I am so sorry to hear of your Mother's death. I remember fondly of she and Dr.Lester coming to pick up sweet Dylan from St.Luke's…such precious Grandparents…May God hold each of you in the palm of his hand and bring peace to all
To the Lester family, your mother was one of the sweetest ladies I've ever known! She your precious father were 2 of my favorite customers when I worked @ Medical Plaza Pharmacy several yrs ago. And Mrs. Lester made the best oatmeal cookies in the world! I pray that you can be comforted by the knowledge that they are together again…in paradise. God Bless.
What a special lady! I remember your parents dancing through the den always full of cheer/happiness. We had such fun in your house, growing up. I know she will be missed by many. My thoughts prayers for each of you.
What an awesome loving lady, and I mean that in the full sense of the word. She is such a gem and now she is where she was meant to be always at your Dad's side and with our Lord! Your mom has left my heart with such awesome memories that I will carry with me always. I don't know who was more thrilled that Harold and I were getting married her or me! She had to know all the details an share with me about her wedding. You girls have her genes too so you are all just as awesome. My prayers are with you still. My heart rejoices that Ms. Mary now dances Where the Angels Sing! Love to you all Mill
