Nolan Menard

Nolan James Menard, 74, of Westlake died at 7:00 AM on Saturday, January 15, 2011 in his residence.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife, Sandra Menard of Westlake; three sons and their spouses, Carson and Karen of Breaux Bridge, William and Tisa of Lafayette, and Shannon and Jean of LaCompte, LA; one step-son, Russell Hardy of California; one step daughter, Stephanie Hardy of Sulphur; two sisters, Ezola Derouen of El Paso, TX and Mable Romero of Youngsville, LA; seven grandsons; one granddaughter; one great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Willow Springs Baptist Church. Pastor Austin Jourdan, Jr. will officiate. Burial will be at the church cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until time of services in the church.

Mr. Menard was a great security officer..always willing to help at a moment's notice. I know he is already giving the angels his schedule letting them know he is available for overtime. He will be greatly missed. See you in heaven Mr. Nolan.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I am so sorry to hear of his death but needless to say he is not suffering anymore. He passed on his brother's fifth year anniversary of death. We will miss you and May You Rest In Peace. Love you.
