Bob was a great friend to me.I'm so very sorry for your loss.
I have so many pleasant memories of Robert. He was a good reporter and a very nice man. He would come to the courthouse in orange every week. I pray that his family finds the peace they need and the comfort from God to get through this hard time.
May you rest in peace my friend.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Robert and I ran around together for most of my college days. We discussed and wrote a lot of poetry together. He was a good friend and a great writer. I will surely miss him.My fondest memory was sitting around his office in the Nursing department and imitating Jimmy Stewart. Good times! RIP my friend.
Robert was a good friend to me. I had the privilege of knowing him through the Record Newspapers. We met when we were both covering a city council meeting while he was still with the Enterprise.later he came to the Record and has helped me in many ways. I always enjoyed visiting with him and will miss those visits and our exchange of emails. His columns brought good memories and they will be missed by many of us.May God bless and keep Robert close and bring comfort to his family in this time of sorrow and great loss.
you are in my prayers, love Martha Hankins
