Survivors are his parents, Ryan Wherland & Bethany Fontenot; brother, Ryan Wherland, Jr.; paternal grandparents; Fredrick & Patricia Wherland; maternal grandparents, David & Frances Fontenot; Larry Fontenot; maternal great grandparents, Joseph & Carolyn Lovett. He is preceded in death by his uncles, Joseph & Robert Lovett; aunts, Veronica Lovett Conner & Sunshine Marie Fontenot.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 10 a.m. in Birds Nest Cemetery, Moss Bluff under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home.
