Alex James Guidry

Alex Guidry, 77, of Sulphur passed away on May 15, 2019 in his residence. He worked as a pipefitter out of Local 106, enjoyed hunting, and racehorses.

 Alex is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Mary Guidry of Sulphur; three children, Ros Ellender and husband Pat, Gregory Guidry and wife  Jill, and Brandon Guidry and Mandy LeJune; 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; 2 siblings, Austin and Bobbie Guidry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eldridge and Hazel Guidry; and his brother, Harold Guidry.

 Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019 at 3 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home with Father Andrews Kollannoor, M.S. officiating. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 11 A.M. until time of the service.
