Allie "Sue" Morton

Allie Sue Morton, 82, of Sulphur, La died on October 26, 2023.

Sue was born on 0ctober 10, 1941 in Sikes, LA. She enjoyed being around her family the most and drinking coffee as she traveled to many places with her loving husband from the sandy shores of beaches to the mountain tops. She served as an East Texas Department of Corrections as a guard for 20 years.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 57 years, Alvie Ray Morton; 5 children, Randy Stephens, Lisa Hartsel, Teresa Sanford, Ann Morton, and Alvie Ray Morton II; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; one sibling, Eugenia Tutor.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Ikey Hannon, and Mickey Runyon; one sister, Marsha Dean Runyon; and one grandson, Sam Stephens.

Cremation was entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
