Andy Romero, the love of Sandy Romero’s life for 36 years, was lovingly carried away in the arms of Jesus on June 22, 2021. He was surrounded by Sandy, his daughter Tonya Kopecky (Tim), his granddaughter Amber Harvey (Brian), his sister in law Kat Abshire (Bill), his friend Arnold Kopecky and the other beautiful girl who stole his heart, his great granddaughter Camdyn Gayle Harvey.

We are thankful for the blessing of sharing our lives and making memories with him for 36 years. As he requested, there will be a memorial service in the home he and Sandy so enjoyed on Saturday, June 26, 2021, open visitation from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM, with Pastor Andrew Martin speaking at 3:00 PM.

Andy, we will miss you and your joyful spirit more than words can say. We know you wouldn’t come back if you could. You are healed, whole, and free, playing drums before Jesus in your eternal praise and worship band!

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
