Anna Grace Trahan, born in Lacassine on October 14, 1932, daughter of the late John and Leona (Granger) Gerard, passed away Friday, May 27, 2022, at the age of 89.
Anna Grace was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed playing bingo and pokeno.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Hayward Trahan; 4 sisters, and 5 brothers.
Anna Grace is survived by her sons, David Trahan, and Bradley Trahan (Mary Alice); siblings, John Gerard (Mary Joyce); Martha Beniot, and Dorothy Begnaud (Robert); 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa, on Monday, May 30, 2022 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Lacassine Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation begins Sunday in the funeral home from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., with a rosary at 6 p.m. and will resume Monday from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.
