Annie Belle Schwark

Annie Belle Schwark, 83, of Iowa, LA died at 12:48 AM Thursday, October 06, 2016 in her residence surrounded by her family.

Annie Belle was born on January 20, 1933 in Beaufort, NC to Cecil and Henrietta Dudley. Annie Belle loved her God and singing the old hymns.  She was a member of Sweet Lake United Methodist Church. She lived for her husband and family.  She always had a loving smile and open arms for each of them.  Annie Belle was lovingly known to many as simply Nana.  She will always be known for the love and hospitality shown to her grandchildren and family that she adored. Annie Belle loved playing Dominoes and Uno with her grandchildren.  She also looked forward to her weekly Pinochle game and dinner with her husband and friends.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 65 years, Robert James Schwark Sr; three children, Paula Thompson and husband Tommy, Shelley Tillman and husband Louis, and Robert James Schwark Jr.; thirteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Henrietta Dudley.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Weldon Barres will officiate services. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
