Archie Wilson

Archie Wilson, 70, of Lake Charles, passed away on November 26, 2017 in his home with his family at his side.

He was born August 12, 1947 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to Marvel and Clerde Berzas Wilson. He graduated from LaGrange Senior High School in 1965. He proudly and honorably served his country during the Vietnam war and was an aircraft electronics technician. When he returned home, he continued in the same field with Boeing and Northrop Grumman.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his son, Jeremy Wilson and wife Erin; grandson, Collin Wilson; brother, Eddie Wilson and wife Becky; sisters, Mary Toomey and husband Tex, Deanie Breaux and husband Sonny and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.

As to his wishes, Archie will be cremated and a private service will be held at a later date.

Archie will be greatly missed. Any donations may be made to a veteran’s group of the donor’s choice.
