Hayes – Arnold Keith Harrell, II, born in Lake Charles on September 19, 1981, son of Arnold Harrell, I. and Susan Fontenot, passed away December 3,2023, at the age of 42.
Arnold attended Bell City High School and was a self-employed landscaper. He enjoyed working in his yard and loved spending time with his son Asher.
Survivors are his father, Arnold Harrell, I.; son, Asher Harrell; sister, Jodi Harrell and friend; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Susan Fontenot; nephew, Angelas Harrell; paternal grandparents, Billy and Nell Jean Harrell; maternal grandparents, Harry and Lillian Fontenot; uncles, Neal and Clay Harrell, Savan and Larry Fontenot; aunt, Ruth Trahan.
A gathering of family & friends will be Sunday, December 10, 2023 from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m., with a memorial service at 6 p.m. Rev. Chris Wells and Rev. Lynn Fontenot will officiate. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with expenses.
