Barbara Ann Weigand

Barbara Ann Weigand, 77, of Lake Charles, LA died Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at a local hospital. Barbara was born on August 27, 1938 in Lake Charles, LA to Earl and Helen Stineff. She worked many years at Picadilly restaurant on Ryan ST. in Lake Charles, LA. She loved her son most of all and her hobbies included crafts and cooking. Barbara grew up in Lake Charles, LA and lived her later years in Longville, LA with her brother Donald and family until she moved to Landmark Care Center in Lake Charles, LA. She is survived by one sister, Earline Stineff Trim and brother-in-law, Steve Trim; sister in law, Linda Pierce Stineff; numerous nieces and nephews; and dear friend, Bobby Buller. She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Ronald Weigand, II; brothers, Donald and Kenneth Stineff and sister-in-law, Peggy Bullar Stineff. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM Friday, October 23, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will resume from 8:00 AM until time of service Saturday at Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Risinger Memorial Cemetery in Ragley, LA. Rev. Jim Reid will officiate services.
