Beverly Courville

Beverly Brown Courville, 67, passed away at her home after a lengthy illness on February 12, 2017.

Mrs. Courville was first and foremost a family person that liked to spend time with her beloved husband of 34 years, Allen Courville. Beverly is a graduate of Frankfurt American High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree from California State College. She loved babies and small animals, especially dogs and cats. Beverly liked to watch, Duck Dynasty, cooking shows and British sitcoms at home with her husband. She had a keen interest in the British royalty. She is remembered as an avid reader of fiction novels. Some of her best times were traveling internationally to Paris, London, and Scotland.

Beverly leaves behind, Allen Courville; brother, Olin K. Brown Jr. (Debbie); and friends, Bob and Emma Guillory.

She is preceded in death by her father, Olin K. Brown Sr.; mother, Lilly Mary Brown; and cousin, Pat Castello.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 17 at 10AM at St. Theodore’s Catholic Church in Moss Bluff. Burial will follow at Consolata Cemetery. Father Albert Borel will officiate. Visitation will be on Thursday, February 16 at 3PM until 8PM at Johnson Funeral Home. A rosary will be held at 6PM Thursday during visitation. Visitation will continue Friday morning at 8:30AM util 9:15AM at the funeral home.
