Billye Wray Kelly, 87, passed away Friday, November 25, 2011 in Rockport, TX.
She was born in Panola, Texas and was a resident of Lake Charles for 35 years.
She is survived by two sons, Anthony Kelly and wife Charli of Greensboro, North Carolina, and William Kevin Kelly and wife Pennie of Rockport, TX; brother, John Hancock of Shreveport; sister, Elizabeth Thompson of Shreveport; 6 grandchildren, Kristopher, Seth, Camrin and husband Joe, Graham, Abby, and Jessica.
Preceded in death by her husband Joe W. Kelly and her son, Patrick J. Kelly
Graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 1PM at Consolata Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Chris Fuselier will officiate.
