Blake attended school in Iowa, Louisiana and Deer Park, Texas. He was a collector, enjoyed playing video games, and most of all, being with his friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Ann Fontenot Reed; aunt, Carrie Morgan Reed.
Blake is survived by his mother, Christina Reed Fontenot; siblings, Sydney Nicole Doucet; Hayden Brooks Fontenot; grandfather, Ed Reed; aunts & uncles, Glenn and Rhonda Reed; Darrell Wayne Reed; cousins, Dustin; Tyler; Alexis; Jodi; Kadie; Jackie; Jacob; Cameron; Tommy, and Sean.
Funeral services are Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 11 a.m., with Don Willis officiating in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Burial will follow in Green Oak Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation is in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Tuesday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., and will resume Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
