Bonita Brundige

Bonita Brundige, 72, of Sulphur, LA, died at 5:32 AM on Monday, November 2, 2020 in a Crockett, TX facililty.

Born August 10, 1948 in Jennings, LA, Mrs. Brundige attended Sulphur High School and was a 1966 graduate of LaGrange High School.  She worked as a beautician, spending many years at China Doll and at J. C. Penney Beauty Salon.  She had a love of music, fishing, and cooking.  She also enjoyed spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time at the beach.

Mrs. Brundige is survived by her daughter, Paula Guillory Norsworthy of Sulphur; sons, John Guillory and wife Dianna of Lafayette and Christopher Reed of Baton Rouge; brother, Layton LeBlanc and wife Delores of Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Maegan Norsworthy, Nicholas Norsworthy, Michael Guillory, and Francis Tyler Guillory; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Brundige; parents, Evelton LeBlanc and Betty Brundige; sister, Theresa Stegall; brother, Randy LeBlanc; and grandson, Matthew Tate Guillory.

Her cremation was entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
