Branda Abrams

Branda L. Abrams, passed away on Sunday, October 16. 2022 in a local hospital.  She was born on February 8, 1950 in Alexandria, La to Gwin and Venita Johnson LeBlanc.  Branda was a speech pathologist with CPSB for 22 years and had worked the last 10 years in Moss Bluff/Gillis Schools.

She loved her grandkids and her beloved dogs.  She enjoyed watching football, loved beautiful jewelry and precious stones.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 39 years, James Abrams; daughters, Ashley Beckett Winfrey (Jody Boudoin) and Amanda Beckett Laineste; grandchildren, James, Sydney, Kyley, Bram, Laney, Alex, Aden, and Devin: sister, Julie LeBlanc.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Gathering of friends and family will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
