Brandy Cook, 34, passed away December 18, 2016.
Brandy as born July 24, 1982 in Lake Charles to James Cook and the late Tamara Vaught Cook.
Survivors are her children, Candace, Cameron, Khyler, Karrysa Cook, Kelsey and Carmen Jones; father, James Cook; brother, Jeromie Cook and wife Miranda. She is preceded in death by her mother Tamara Vaught Cook.
As per her wishes, there will be no services and she will be cremated under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home.
