Cardine Dixon Amy

Caroline Dixon Amy, 61 of Lake Charles passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021.  She was born on December 31, 1959 in Galveston, TX.

For 16 years, Caroline worked as a nurse for disabled people.  She was a loving and caring person who talked to everyone.  She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. 

Caroline is survived by her husband, Wilford Amy; two sons, Jeremy Abney and Nicolas Amy; two grandchildren, Hope and Ethan Abney; two sisters, Vickie Benoit and husband Gerald, and Sandra Higginbotham and husband Johnny; two brothers, Mark Dixon and wife Barbara, and James Dixon and wife Molly; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Elaine Dixon; two sisters, Glenda Chesson and Diane Dixon; and one brother, Steven Dixon.
