Carolyn Sue Lisotta Lovett

Carolyn Sue Lisotta Lovett, born on May 7, 1951, daughter of the late Angelo and Conception (Papania) Lisotta, passed away in Alexandria on October 9, 2020, at the age of 69.
Carolyn attended St. Raphael Catholic Church. She enjoyed tinkering on things, but most of all, family was most important to her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Lovett, Jr.; children, Veronica & Connie Lovett; Robert, Joseph Lovett, III and Jimmy Dean Lovett, I; grandchild, Sunshine Marie Fontenot.
Carolyn is survived by her children, C. W. Lovett (Cindy); Jessie Lovett; Mary Camp; Angie Lovett; Frances Fontenot (David); Carolyn Lovett (Andy); Rose Materne (Joshua); 38 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 2 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. The Very Rev. Anthony Fontenot, Celebrant. Burial will follow in Birdnest Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
Visitation will begin on Tuesday at 10 a.m. until the time of service, with a rosary at 1:30 p.m.
