Iowa – Carrie May Morgan Reed, born in Illinois on January 25, 1965, passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer on Friday, August 20, 2021, at the age of 56. Carrie did not want her family and friends to mourn her passing, but to celebrate her life.
Carrie enjoyed gardening and making floral arrangements.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Peter Darrell Woods and Carol Ann Kelson.
Carrie is survived by her husband, Darrell Reed; sons, Jesse and Noah Morgan; sisters, Teri Bushue and Jodie Rayford.
Funeral services will be in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Don Willis officiating. Burial will follow in Green Oak Cemetery in Kinder under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation will begin in the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and will resume Wednesday from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.
