Catherine Lewis

Catherine Lynn Lewis, 58, of Sulphur, LA, died at 5:30 PM Saturday, December 14, 2013, at West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital. Catherine was born on October 15, 1955 to Anna and Julius English in Havelock, NC. She lived in Leesville, LA for the past eight years before moving to Sulphur. She worked as a nursing assistant in the Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Catherine was of the catholic faith. She loved spending time with her family in her spare time. She is survived by one son, Marshall Lewis of Pasadena, CA; one daughter, Bobbi Gail Manasco of Patterson, LA; her father, Julius Wesley English of Jacksonville, FL; two sisters, Melissa Woods and husband Michael of Fleming Island, FL and Valerie Hamby of Jacksonville, FL. Catherine is proceeded in death by one son, Tommy Manasco Jr.; mother, Anna L. English; and two brothers, Julius W. English, III and Kenneth Ledford. A private memorial service will be held at a later date in Florida. Johnson and Robison Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. The body was cremated.
