Cecilia Arlene Settle, 87, died at 7:31 AM November 16, 2013 in a local care facility. Services will be Monday, November 18, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the chapel at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 8:00 AM until time of services. Burial will be at Consolata Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Russell Mixon.
