Charlene Ann Brady

Charlene Ann Brady, born in Jennings on August 14, 1959, daughter of the late Henry and Wanda Sonnier Mallett, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, November 17, 2024.

Charlene was a graduate of Welsh High School. She loved cooking, baking and fishing. Most of all, being with her family and friends was the highlight of her life. She had a strong faith in the Lord. Her sweet and gentle spirit will be missed by all who loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael Brady, Sr.; son, Michael Brady, Jr.; siblings, Henry Mallett, Jr., Charlotte Cupper, and Darlene Mallett.

Survivors are her children, Brad Brady (Kristi), and Josette Brady; siblings, Troy Mallett (Suzette), Kim Mallett Nevils (Brian); grandchildren, Nathan, Tajia, Amelia, Ridlee, Karigan, Ashton, Korbyn, Isaac, Quincy, Lincoln, and Xander.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 1 p.m. Pastor Peter Dunn, officiant. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. in the funeral home.
