Charles was born on May 7, 1943 in Jennings, LA to the late Herbert and Eunice Chapman.
Survivors include wife, Betty Chapman; daughter, Lisa Juneau (Cass) of Jennings; siblings, Don Chapman and Carol Dubuc; 1 grandchild . He is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation is Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral. Private burial will follow in Lacassine Cemetery in Lacassine under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home.
