C.E. Toney, Sr. was born in Leesville, LA to Mitchell and Bertha Toney on November 2, 1940. He passed away on Saturday April 25, 2020 in Sulphur, LA.
Mr. Toney was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Spell Toney; son, Ricky Edward Toney; daughter, Sheila Ann Toney; son-in-law, Bryan Keith Fontenot.
He is survived by his son, Ronald Wayne Toney, Sr. and wife Michelle of Ragley; daughter, Theresa Toney Fontenot of Moss Bluff; son, Charles Edward Toney, Jr. and wife Michelle of Lake Charles; daughter-in-law, Marie Toney; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
The family is holding a private graveside service.
