Charles W. Morgan

Charles W. Morgan, born on December 18, 1936, son of the late Hiram and Mabel Breaux Morgan, passed away in a local hospital Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the age of 87.
Charles, a graduate of Iowa High School, Class of 1957, faithfully served in the U. S. Navy. He was a member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church. He loved life and being with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Gordon Morgan, Freddy Morgan and Linda Langley.
Survivors are his wife of 52 years, Patty Morgan; sister, Betty Brashear; 2 stepdaughters, Linda Smith and Karla Daigle; 5 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 1 p.m. Rev. Roland Vaughn, Celebrant. Burial will follow in LeBleu Cemetery in Lake Charles under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation begins Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
