Clarence Robert Dalrymple, Jr.

Clarence Robert Dalrymple, Jr., born in Port Land, IN on May 1, 1947, son of the late Clarence and Betty Dalrymple, Sr., passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at the age seventy-eight.
Clarence proudly served in the United States Air Force for over twenty years and is a Vietnam War Veteran. He was of the Baptist faith and retired from Louisiana Pigment. He enjoyed collecting and working on Allis-Chalmers tractors, farming, going to Cracker Barrell, and he loved spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Russell Dalrymple, Ruby Bellis, and Ruth McCormick.
Clarence is survived by his wife, Lolita Dalrymple; children, Amelia Dalrymple, Elisa Ledet (Jason), James Dalrymple (Renee); eleven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Ardoin Cove Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation will begin in the funeral home on Sunday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
