Dale Eugene Brittain, born on December 15, 1952, in Center, Texas, son of Gilbert and Ann (Cassani) Brittain, passed away September 25, 2021, at the age of 68.
Dale, a graduate of LaGrange High School and McNeese State University, worked for Ansco Inc in Houston, Texas. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and photography.
He is preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Eugene Brittain.
Dale is survived by his mother, Ann Rose Brittain; son, Joshua Brittain (Somure); brother, Richard Brittain (Lisa); sisters, Melissa Alexander (Greg); Elizabeth Clippinger; grand-daughters, Lilly and Addison Brittain; fiancé, Tina Sarcevich; step-son, Adrian Garland (Andrea); step-grandsons, Evan and Liam Garland; dog, Kota.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 1 p.m., with Bro. Nathan Bray officiating. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. A gathering of friends and family will begin in the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m.
