Dana Gay Fruge passed away on Saturday, November 26th 2016.
Dana is remembered as a generous, giving woman that was an amazing hostess. Dana was a bright star that excelled at throwing social events. She also enjoyed fishing, cooking, and gardening.
Mrs. Fruge is survived by her husband of fifteen years, Robert Mitchell Fruge; son, Robert Guillory; daughter, Mariah Guillory; and three sisters, Donna Lormand, Jennifer Lormand Craft, and Jamie Lormand Cryar.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Elizabeth Lormand.
A funeral service will be held at 1 PM at Johnson Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. Father Aubrey Guilbeau will officiate. Visitation will be 4 PM to 9 PM Tuesday, November 29th at the funeral home. The rosary will be prayed at 6 PM Tuesday night. Visitation will continue at 8 AM Wednesday until the start of the funeral service. Cremation following the service has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
