Deanna Lynn Reeves

Deanna Lynn Spicer Reeves, 53, of Sulphur, passed away on Thursday, March 6,2025 surrounded by her loving family. Deanna grew up in Sulphur and was a 1989 Sulphur High graduate. She worked at Walmart for 22 years and all of her co-workers would go to her for any questions they had as she had an answer for anything. Deanna loved going on cruises with her friends and her husband. She enjoyed putting together her family tree online. Deanna and her husband would go to Golden Corral every Sunday morning for breakfast, often bringing her grandkids along. She just celebrated her 17th wedding anniversary with her husband on February 27. Deanna's 7 grandchildren were her world, she loved them more than anything.

Those left to cherish Deanna's memory are her loving husband, Roger Reeves; daughters, Steffani Thomas (Dustin), Tracie Aldridge (Bruce, Sr.); mother, Odilia Spicer; brother, Scott Spicer (Alyson); sister, Jennifer Monceaux (Timothy); grandchildren, Brookelynn, Bruce Jr, Trinity, Audree, Spencer, Ryker, Emma; nieces and nephews, Wiley Primeaux, Evan, Patrick, and Katelyn Stetz, Wyatt and Kiley Spicer.

Deanna was preceded in death by her father, Franklin "Frankie" Spicer; maternal grandparents, Robert and Bertha LeBlanc; paternal grandparents, Wiley and Alberta Spicer; aunt, Karen Fodrie; uncle, Marshall Spicer.

Funeral services for Deanna will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur. The family will receive guest on Tuesday, March 11,2025, from 5 until 8 PM at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur. Visitation will resume on Wednesday at 8 AM until time of service.
