Debra Anne Granger Ogea, born in Lake Charles on August 24, 1958, daughter of John and Enola Romero Granger, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday, August 16, 2024, at the age of sixty-five.
A graduate of Grand Lake High School, Debra was an accountant and worked at Market Basket in Iowa for numerous years. She and her husband, John, were members of St. Patrick Catholic Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed hunting, fishing and being with family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Bonnie Granger, and Dolores Aguillard; brothers, Robert Granger, and John Granger.
Debra is survived by her husband of thirty-three years, John Ogea; daughters, Courtney Dupuis (Trenton), and Haylee Mock (Dylan); brothers, Thomas Granger (Linda), and Bryan Granger (Janet); sister-in-law, Susan Granger, and brother-in-law, Kevin Aguillard; grandchildren, Gracie, Aubree, Jordan, John, and Isaiah.
Visitation begins in the funeral home from 10 a.m. on Monday, August 19, 2024 with a rosary to be recited at 4:30 p.m. Funeral services will follow the rosary at 5 p.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Roland Vaughn, Celebrant. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
