Diana T. Duplantis, born in Elton on January 21, 1949, daughter of the late Avery and Rita Granger Trahan, passed away March 12, 2025, at the age of seventy-six.
A graduate of Fenton High School, Diana attended Sowela. She enjoyed cooking, reading, and playing cards with her sisters. She will be missed by all who know her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Mary Guillory, John Trahan, Nolan Trahan, and Helen Fontenot.
Survivors are her children, Tina Duplantis, Tanya LeBert (Chad), and Stephen Troy Duplantis; siblings, Clifford Trahan (Lou), Bonnie Studer, and Katy Sonnier; grandchildren, Avery Duplantis, Jake LeBert and Kylie LeBert.
Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. There are no formal services scheduled at this time.
