Diane Borne

Diane Borne, born in Morgan City on August 29, 1962, daughter of the late Wayne Grady Streets, Sr., and Lucie Mae Israel Streets, passed away after a lengthy illness on Monday, February 19, 2024, at the age of sixty-one.

A loving wife, mother, sister, and friend loved being surrounded by people. Full of laughter, Diane’s courageous spirit will be missed by all who knew her.

She enjoyed reading, Pokeno, Yahtzee, and her grand fur babies.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors are her husband, Marvin Borne, son, Barry Alan Streets and husband, Scott Deason, and her brother, Wayne Grady Streets, Jr. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends and family in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa, Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. with Funeral services to begin at 6 p.m. Pastor Gil Broussard, officiant.
Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
