Diane Marie Granger

Diane Marie Granger, 80, of Bell City, LA, died at 10:45 AM on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at a local care facility.

Mrs. Granger was born July 11, 1939 in New Orleans, LA, to Edward Joseph Manuel and Nellie Emma Manale. She loved to fish almost as much as she loved shopping. She enjoyed hosting gatherings in her home for family and friends. She especially loved spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

Diane is survived by her daughter, Emma Vidacovich and husband Rob of Harvey, LA; sons, Eric Rosteet and wife Kelly of Lake Charles, and Paul Manale and wife Mary of New Orleans; and one brother, Frank Manale; grandchildren, Braden, Barrett, Kristin, Lindsey, Ryan, Justin, and Dylan; great-grandchildren, Laiken, Kane, Rose, Grace, Madison, Morgan, Beau, and Brody.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Granger; parents, Edward Manuel and Emma Manale; and her brother, John Manale.

Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Monsignor James Gaddy will officiate. Inurnment will take place at Granger Cemetery in Sweetlake, LA at a later date. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 9:00 AM until the start of the service.
