Donald A Fish

Donald Alan Fish, 89, of Lake Charles passed away on Thursday October 8, 2015 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family. Donald was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles. A World War II veteran of the Army, Donald retired from CITGO after 40 years of service. He was a faithful member of First Presbyterian Church. He was a strong swimmer who swam everyday at the YMCA in downtown Lake Charles before Hurricane Rita destroyed the building. Donald leaves to honor and cherish his memory, his beloved wife of 62 Years, JoAnn Wray Fish, Lake Charles; son, Alan Fish and his two daughters, Gail Fish and Jill Fish, all of Ocala, FL; daughter, Daphne Danahay (Mike), Sulphur, and their two daughters, Kate Robinson (Craig) and Mary Lafargue (Casey), Moss Bluff. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until 3:00 PM Sunday October 11, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 3:00 PM on Sunday at the funeral home with Rev. Chandler Willis officiating. A private burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens.
