Lake Charles – Donald R. LeBleu, born November 22, 1941, son of the late McCoy and Lucy (Hebert) LeBleu, passed away in his residence, Saturday, March 30, 2019, at the age of 77.
Donald is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Susan (Bertrand) LeBleu; daughters, Renae VanZeelst (Jack); Vanessa LeBleu and Tracy Bloodsworth) Channing; brother, James Carl LeBleu (Vida); 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Julia Fontenot; Rosetta Domingue; Rosa Mae Dougay; Eula Mae O’Quinn; Dudley LeBleu; Jeanette Lois LeBleu.
He was a graduate of Iowa High School and of the Baptist faith. Donald was self-employed and worked for the pipeline for many years. He served in the U. S. Army.
Cremation is under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa and there will be no formal service.
