Iowa- Donna J. Daigle, 69, departed this life on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.
Donna was born on January 24, 1947 to the late George R. and Frances (Payne) Daigle. She attended Lacassine High School and graduated from cosmetology school in Houston. She was a beautician and worked at the casinos. Donna loved fishing, family and taking care of others. Her gentle, kind spirit will be missed by all who were blessed to have known her.
She is survived by her daughter, Kami Daigle; son, Don Moore; siblings, George Daigle (Jona), Michael “Mike” Daigle (Dianne), Paul Daigle (Rowena), Tommy Daigle (Deidra) and Valeria “Val” Daigle Craig (Greg); many nieces, nephews and friends.
Services are Friday, February 19, 2016 at 11 a.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Dore` Langley officiating. Burial will follow in Lacassine Cemetery. Visitation begins Thursday from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m., with a rosary at 6:30 p.m. and continues Friday from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m.
