Dorothy Louise Ginn Jones Madero

Dorothy Louise Ginn Jones Madero, 94, of Westlake, Louisiana, passed away in the comfort of her home on Monday September 13, 2021.

Dorothy was a born in Bono, Texas to Willard Glenn and Grace Key Ginn and grew up in Cleburne, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Texarkana, Texas, where she raised her family. She retired from SCAN (Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect) in Texarkan was a member of the Church of Christ in Sulphur.  

Preceding Dorothy in death are her parents, her husband of 50 years, James Doyle Jones; second husband, Frank Madero; son, William (Bill) Leonard Jones; and grandson, Stephen Jones. She leaves to cherish her memory daughters, Patricia Jones LeJeune and her daughter Cherish Melton; Karen Jones Ewing and husband Wesley and their children, Brad Ewing and Connie Ewing Crowell; Glynda Jones Moore , husband Larry Moore and their children, Chris Nelson and Michael Hulsey; special granddaughter in law, Lisa Jones, eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.   

Private family services are to be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles, LA.
